OPEN ACCESS

Open Access enables scientific research to be available online and to a wider public, free of charge and without legal restrictions. However, an Open Access platform is guided by strict conditions to guarantee the academic quality of the publications. One of these conditions is a thorough peer review process. Lectito Journals applies double-blinded peer-review to its journals, which guarantees the academic soundness of the publications.

Open Access guarantees:

A High Availability and Visibility: Everyone can freely access and download the full text of all articles. People do not need to pay any subscription or pay-per-view charges to access articles. Open Access publications are more likely to be included in search engines and indexing databases.

The Higher Citation Impact: Open Access articles are more likely to be cited because of their high publicity and availability.

Lower Publishing Costs: Open Access publishers cover their costs for editorial handling and editing of a paper by charging authors, their institutes or research funding agencies. Article processing charge (APC) is paid for each accepted article to cover the handling and editing. APCs of the Open Access journals are usually lower than the traditional journals.

Faster Publication: Open Access journals manage rapid publication of the articles by online-only availability. Accepted articles are published online more rapidly in Open Access journals than those of traditional, subscription-based and printed journals are.

Print-on-demand: We can provide you with a print copy of all our journals.
