Abstract (English)
Interfaces that enable human-machine interaction in the digital age are gradually evolving into algorithms that can think like humans. The primary concern of scientists today is to design interactive machines that can understand our emotions. For this, animal training models are used in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning. The main feature of context-aware interactive systems is that they are in communication with the environment, just as in animals. But designing interactive machines that can understand emotions is possible by finding the elements grounded in animal interaction. In this context, in this study, it will be investigated whether there is an implicit dimension in human-animal interaction that has not been visible to us until now. The purpose of this research, in which the Grounded Theory method will be applied, is to examine whether there are dimensions in human-animal interaction that we do not know until now. Another goal of this study is to bring one of the models in which GT, which is reduced to qualitative data analysis, is applied correctly, to the literature.
Abstract (Turkish)
Dijital çağda insan-makine etkileşimini sağlayan ara yüzler, giderek insan gibi düşünebilen algoritmalara everilmektedir. Bilim insanlarının bugün en temel uğraşı, duygularımızı anlayabilen etkileşimli makineler tasarlamaktır. Bunun için yapay zekâ alanında, makine öğrenmesi ve derin öğrenmede hayvan eğitim modelleri kullanılmaktadır. Bağlam farkında etkileşimli sistemlerinin temel özelliği tıpkı hayvanlarda olduğu gibi çevre ve ortamla iletişim halinde olmalarıdır. Ancak duyguları anlayabilen etkileşimli makinelerin tasarlanması, hayvanla etkileşimde gömülü olan unsurların bulunmasıyla mümkün olabilir. Bu çerçevede bu çalışmada, insan-hayvan etkileşiminde şu ana kadar bize görünür olmayan örtük bir boyutun olup olmadığı araştırılacaktır. Gömülü Teori (GT) yönteminin uygulanacağı bu araştırmanın amacı, insan-hayvan etkileşiminde şu ana kadar bilmediğimiz boyutların olup olmadığını incelemektir. Bu çalışmanın diğer bir hedefi de nitel veri analizine indirgenen GT’nin doğru uygulandığı modellerlerken birini literatüre kazandırmaktır.
